Terms and Conditions

School Holiday Programs operated and supplied by 16 Feathers Badminton Pty Ltd are delivered in accordance with a structured curriculum. From time to time, the curriculum may need to be altered, changed or adjusted where safety concerns, medical impairments/disabilities, poor weather conditions and/or any other risks are identified that may be identified as impacting the effective delivery of the program or the wellbeing of our students. 16 Feathers Badminton Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the time and location of any session of the School Holiday Program at any time. 

Payment for the School Holiday Program(s) must be paid in full per the due date on the issued invoice and prior to the commencement of your child's session with us, unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved by a Head Coach, and confirmed in writing. In general, payment for our School Holiday Programs are supplied when paid for in full for all sessions. However, where a customer has elected to pay in cash or requested to be invoiced on a pay-as-you-go basis, a one-time additional non-refundable administration fee of $25.00 may be applied. Late fees, penalties, withdrawals, and exclusions from the School Holiday Program may apply where fees are not settled with 16 Feathers Badminton Pty Ltd in a timely manner. In addition, parents/legal guardians, students, and their visitors must agree to adhere and comply with our Code of Conduct.

The fee paid reserves a place in our School Holiday Program at the agreed upon respective timeslot(s). Should your child be identified as a “no-show/non-attended” student, no refund or credit will be issued for a missed lesson. In the event your child is sick, notice must be provided no later than 8:00am on the day of their session, and a medical certificate (dated on the day of their absenteeism) will need to be produced in order to qualify for a full 30 day credit or a partial refund (of $30.00). We are unable to offer a "make-up" session for School Holiday Programs. In all other circumstances a no-show fee (i.e. full forfeit of session fee) will apply. If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances that has resulted in a no-show, please consult with your allocated coach regarding an application for special consideration. 

Any rescheduling or cancellations of session(s) requested by the customer are regarded as a full forfeit of fees paid for each respective session(s). As per Australian Competition and Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds where “change of mind, you found a service cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it”.
